There is only a little time left before the seasons change again. \u00a0The Fall Equinox is in about 3 weeks; September 22, 2017. \u00a0You can already see the sunlight changing. \u00a0As I posted last year, <\/span>\u201cWe can experience alignment with Nature energy by simply seeing the fall season as a time to drop our own leaves to nourish the Earth beneath us. \u00a0To let go of what we need to be free of and to plant the seeds of a pattern for next \u00a0year’s life-garden.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Just as reading through journals is invaluable, re-reading last year\u2019s post was meaningful to me because it reminded me of the patterns in place and the patterns intended going forward as I began the last year. \u00a0How did I do? \u00a0Did I manifest my prayers and hopes? These questions and the quiet time spent reflecting are the focus of my thoughts now. \u00a0Setting time aside like this; to decide what drops away and what \u2018pattern\u2019 will be planted for the coming year, has become like an old friend to me. \u00a0I look forward to our time together but steel myself for the reality checks! \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Certainly, the Eclipses in August have intensified life for all of us. \u00a0Each of us has an area of our lives where intense focus and shift if happening. Stay light.
